Welcome to

SUPPORT FOR NEW AND EXPECTING PARENTS

Our Approach

There’s a lot about conception, pregnancy and the postnatal period that’s stressful and hard. Getting the support you need shouldn’t add to that stress, which is why we started Think Parents, Bumps + Bubs.

We offer support across all areas - support for your mental health and wellbeing, support for feeding and sleep challenges, support for the stress that comes with the neverending balancing act of juggling parenthood, work, and life in general, and support for your relationships - the relationships you have with your partner, friends, and family, but the relationship you have with bub too.

Whatever it is you’re struggling with, we can help you have the skills, strategies, and support you need to get things back on track.  And we won’t judge.  We never judge.  All babies are different and all families are different, which is why one-size-fits-all approaches never work.  We’ll get to know you and help you figure out how you can achieve what you want to achieve in a way that works best for you and your family.

Making Sessions Work For You

We know how hard it is to prioritise YOU, juggle appointments, and get out of the house when you have a little one.  If you prefer face-to-face appointments, you’re more than welcome to bring BUB along and feed, change nappies, rock BUB to sleep - whatever you need to do - while we talk.  Whatever works for you is great with us.

But if getting out of the house feels too hard, or things change last minute, that’s fine too.  Stay home and we’ll meet you online in our online consulting rooms, or ask about our home visits service.
